Cocoworking provides a wide range of services, including individual and shared desks, fast Wifi and Ethernet/LAN plug-in, areas for making calls, use of external monitors, independent access either 24h or 24/7, furnished kitchen, chill areas and accessories for optimal work. Also we provide a list of partnerships with local businesses and our local tips guide.
Cocoworking is open Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm, while check-in time is from 9 am to 1 pm. You can access independently outside the opening hours by adding 24h access extra. For clients with a weekly or monthly pass, we also offer the option of 24/7 access, including weekends.
Absolutely! We offer a “Day Pass” for those who want to try our coworking space for one day and then choose a longer pass. Once the new pass is purchased, the cost of the “Day Pass” will be refunded.
You can book in advance through our online booking service on our website, simply by clicking “Book a desk.” Alternatively, you can drop by during check-in hours and make your reservation at the front desk. Remember that availability needs a minimum of 24 hours to be confirmed. If you have any special request you can contact us by email. We will be happy to assist you in choosing the option that best suits your workspace needs.
You can purchase online by national and international card or by bank transfer. Alternatively, you can pay in cash directly at the front desk. Remember payment is necessary in order to confirm your reservation.
Yes! For those who present their certificate of residence we apply a 10% discount on all our services (Booth Token excluded).
No, your pass is nominal and cannot be shared, even with a daily package. If you would like to purchase a pass for another person please contact with our staff to provide the necessary information.
absolutely yes! We offer the option of using a small lockable locker to leave your personal belongings safely while in the coworking space. If you need to take a break during the day, you can also leave your belongings on your desk. Only registered persons are allowed to access the coworking space, and we will not be responsible for any loss or damage.
The Booth is a 1×1 soundproof space ideal for online calls and meetings. It can be used freely by all coworkers or by bookings. For a scheduled meeting, it is advisable to reserve it in advance. You can book it using the tokens included in the plan or purchase additional tokens. Reservations are divided into time slots of 30 minutes each. Reservations confirmed on the calendar determine who has priority use.
