Can I use the Mothly Pass on weekends?
The Monthly Pass includes access from Monday to Friday only. If you require access on weekends, you can add the 24/7 Access Extra service or consider upgrading to the Monthly+ plan. The service includes 24h access and is not optional.
Can I request an Extra service just for a few days?
Can I interrupt my Monthly Pass and resume it later?
No. Monthly Pass is valid for 30 days from the date of check-in and it cannot be split into separate days.
How can i use the Booth Tokens included in my pass?
The Booth Tokens included in your pass are valid for one week, Mon to Sun, and are not accumulative. Instead, Booth Tokens purchased as Extras are usable during the entire period included in your pass.
